Video Loss Detected If you are experiencing a loss of video signal, test pins A, and B on the 6-pin connectors to their corresponding pins on the Coax cable that is plugged into the rear of the reel. See loop diagnostics for Ohms reading. Also perform a short check from A, and B to all 6 pins.
⚡ HIGH VOLTAGE WARNING (300V DC) If your tractor is not powering on or you suspect loss of power, check DC voltage on pins C and D. Place red lead in pin C and black lead in pin D when the reel is powered on, you should read 340V. If you don’t get the correct voltage, check pins C and D for continuity and shorts to the 4-pin military connectors on the rear of the reel.
🕹️ TRACTOR CONTROLS LOSS DETECTED If you are experiencing loss of tractor controls (No drive function, lift, cannot switch from front to rear cameras), check pins E and F for continuity at the 4-pin military connectors at the rear of the reel. Also check for shorts to all conductors.

📋 Re-Termination Verification After performing a re-termination, you can check the 6 conductors before use. Verify continuity from the 6-pin connector to the coax and 4 pin military connectors at the rear of the reel. Verify Ohm’s readings are like the loop diagnostics specs. Next check for shorts on all conductors and the 6-pin connectors housing.

Voyager Reel Diagnostic Guide:

Hover, tap, or click on any element to analyze circuit loops. The high-frequency Coax terminal and the downstream 4-Pin Military Out lines illuminate dynamically during tracking.

💡 Clicking a pin locks its diagnostics on-screen even when your cursor leaves. Click again or tap outside to clear.
